Satisfaction Guarantee

If we fix an appliance and it breaks down again within ninety days, we will return it for free and determine the cause of the problem. If the breakdown has anything to do with the original repair, we will fix it for free! If the machine has another problem, we will treat the repair as if we had diagnosed both problems simultaneously and price it accordingly. You would have paid the same amount had we made the complete diagnosis on the first trip to your house. If the machine is not worth spending additional money on, we will remove any parts we installed and give you back the original labor cost, less the service call charge. If a claim is required to complete the repair, we warranty the part and labor for six months*. Should the same amount fail during the six-month warranty period, we will return and replace the part for free. Standard labor charges will still apply if the failure is due to another problem.

* The following exceptions have a 90-part warranty:

Electronic boards, clocks, ERCs, and all commercial use appliances.

* The following exceptions have no warranty:

Water filters, cosmetic parts, or non-functional parts, such as but not limited to; glass cooktops, glass, trim, knobs, panels, racks, doors, door liners, shelves, etc. All Tech Appliance Services obligations under this warranty will expire if a part is no longer available from the original manufacturer.

Discounts and Coupons

We offer online specials and discounts available through select business partners. Deals and coupons are valid during regular working hours and must be presented during diagnosis. Coupons cannot be combined with other specials or offers and must be disclosed before the completion of the service call.

Job Rate Pricing

We follow industry-standard blue book pricing, which bases the repair cost on the type of appliances and the difficulty of the repair. This charge includes the trip to your location, any necessary return visits, and whatever time it takes to diagnose and repair the appliance. This has been recognized as the best way to charge for service as you are never subjected to paying by time or paying more when you have a simple repair. Rest assured; you will be provided a complete estimate before any work is done so you know what to expect.

Payments

All services are performed on a C.O.D. basis.

Re-quoting a Repair

Periodically, a technician may give a quote that cannot be fulfilled. This can happen for several reasons: the original part being no longer available, the amount or labor price changing, or the repair requiring additional updated assemblies. We will do our best to keep the repair cost affordable. You can have a deposit refund if the cost exceeds a reasonable amount.

Parts Orders

All Tech Appliance Service is backed by multiple local and nationwide parts distribution centers to guarantee the parts needed for a repair are available virtually. Sometimes it is necessary to order particular features unique to your appliance model. In this case, we will collect your interest as soon as possible using our state-of-the-art system. Parts orders usually take between 3 and 14 working days. Your job quote includes standard shipping. We can arrange a rush order at an additional cost if you request a rush order.

Deposits

Due to manufacturers’ policies, we cannot stop or cancel once we have ordered a part. We require a deposit equal to the price of the features and the service call charge.

Refunds

Suppose the repair cannot be completed due to an unforeseen difficulty, such as a part that is no longer available or a changed diagnosis. In that case, we refund your deposit, less your service call charges. Please allow ten working days for the processing of refunds.
